Shipping & Returns

All items except for apparel are shipping out of our studio in Canada.

Shipping rates vary based on location, so in order to get an accurate shipping quote for your order, please add your chosen items to your cart. From the cart you can see the accurate shipping rates (before having to place your order, of course!).

Deliveries times will from country to country and may be impacted by different worldly events.

- Orders -

Once you have placed you order you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during the checkout process . If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send us a message.

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of the order confirmation.

- Shipping -


All orders for the following items will receive a tracking number:
Tarot & Oracle decks

Canada - Expedited Parcel (2-8 business days)
USA - Tracked Packet (5-13 business days)

All orders for the following items will NOT receive a tracking number:
(this is to dramatically reduce the cost of shipping for the customer)
Art Prints

** If you order one of the above items WITH a tarot or oracle deck, your entire order will come with tracking.


The standard shipping for international orders (Small Packet International Air) does NOT come with a tracking number, but you can now purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout to get a tracking number (please select the “Tracked Packet” option instead).

PLEASE NOTE: Lost orders that do not have a tracking number unfortunately are out of my control once they leave my hands, no refunds or reshipments will be given.


Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. We are legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value.


If your country doesn't show up in the checkout process, please email us at and we will try our best to arrange shipping to you.

- Returns -

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to complete the returns process. So if you have changed your mind or if you aren't satisfied with your product, please contact us so we can organize a return for you. For a smooth returns process, please read below.


• The process must be initiated and shipped to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
• Item/s must still have original packaging
• Item/s must be in unopened, original and unused condition
• The item/s must firstly be approved for return by us via the return form

• Sale/Discounted items
• Gift Cards


1. Please send us an email with your order number, item/s you're returning.

2. Once you have received a return confirmation email from us, please package your goods very delicately. You do not have to use the original shipping box, but if the item came in any branded packaging it must be included and still be in original condition.

3. Please label your parcel very clearly with the address that will be provided in the Return Confirmation Email.

4. Post the return at your local post office.

5. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.

6. Once we have received your parcel we will send you an email notifying you of it's arrival.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.

We highly recommend sending the parcel with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.

Please hold on to any receipts or proof of postage until you have received confirmation that the returns process is complete.

If the package does not reach us safely and in original condition then we will not be able to complete the refund. Please package your returns safely and consider insurance.


First of all, we are terribly sorry about this!

Occasionally the manufacturing process puts out a small percentage of products aren't perfect and we want you to be satisfied with your order.

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please send us an email at with photos of the defect so we can help you with your order.

If your order has not arrived by its due date and you have read our shipping update page, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and we work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability.

Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order or shipping costs.
